Substitution Policy
At VelvetRóse by KK, we strive to create every arrangement as pictured. However, due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and market supply, certain flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally need to be substituted.
If substitutions are necessary, we will carefully select blooms and design elements of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and beauty of your arrangement.
Please note that some specialty vases or containers shown in product photos may not always be available. In these cases, a similar container of equal or greater value will be used.
If a specific flower, color, or design element is especially important to your order, please leave a note during checkout or contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Policy
Because our arrangements are custom-made using fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your order due to a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the arrangement so we can evaluate the issue.
If we determine that the flowers did not meet our quality standards, we will gladly offer one of the following:
A replacement arrangement
Store credit
A partial or full refund, when appropriate
Approved refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
