3. Flower Availability & Substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
If a specific flower, color, vase, or container is unavailable, VelvetRóse by KK reserves the right to substitute it with flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Every arrangement is handcrafted, so slight variations from website photos are normal and make each design unique.

Recipient unavailability
Restricted access buildings
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
Leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate
Leave them with a receptionist or front desk
Contact the sender or recipient to arrange another delivery
Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery is required.

7. Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Orders received after the cutoff will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

While we do our best to accommodate all requests, flower varieties and colors depend on seasonal availability.

9. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Same-day orders cannot be canceled once floral preparation has begun.
Custom event, wedding, funeral, and special-order flowers may require additional cancellation terms.

If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photos of the arrangement may be requested.
If we determine the flowers did not meet our quality standards, we may offer:
